I'm just trying to get a p.o. box I was at El Rancho #56. Didn't receive mail for 1 month I'm now at Sunset Inn #110. But my mail goes to my son's Grandmother at 1209 Elizabeth st.Barstow CA 92311. I want my own address they have a New postal delivery person who drops mail off at wrong house. I have had packages and things ordered online not being delivered to my house and have been delivered to the wrong house with nothing being returned to me , this has already happened multiple times in the barstow ca area as well as theft .

We have an African American mail lady who delivers our mail at times and for some reason, she will not leave our mail if there is a vehicle parked anywhere near the box B-cuz she doesn't want to walk a foot or 2, yet she has to park on the street and leave her vehicle to place mail at our neighbors box at their front door. IDK what her problem is. And she is rude as heck too.

im tired of this this mail carrier must not want her job i have a change of address for y household and each individual has theyre own change of address why is the carrier still taking and delivering it to the old address i have gone to the old address to get it twice already really do ur job right or dont do it at all let someone else have your job that wants to get paid and stop being lazy and shoving thye packages in the small mail box to customers having to struggle pull and yuggloed the packages out along with ripping the packages take it to the apartment

just to let this company know, you need to tell your mail carriers to actually go up to a persons home and actually knock on their door before they claim that they tried to deliver a package twice. then proceed to put an empty blank letter in the mailbox saying they tried to deliver without any information on the slip. the mail carrier did not even leave a name etc on the slip it wasl all blank while i wait for my package all day to be delivered.

Post office or person claims there was an attempt to deliver but yet its a holiday there was no attempt . i get other peoples mail or other people get mine. i loose documents , money ,or cards though the years . it's ridiculous.

I am constantly getting other people's mail thrown in my box. My mail and a package has been given to others as well. I am not talking about mail that people addressed themselves that might not be legible either. I am talking about mail that is printed out and is clear as day. The postal workers that deliver mail are lazy and incompetent.

The worst post office EVER!!!! Stopped delivering my mail and sent it back, for reasons I don't no. Sloppy work, lazy employees. Where do they get these people?? I will give them a grade of FFFF------

My mailman will NOT get out of his truck. I watched him pull in front of my house. Looked out his door, then pulled away. Then I got a notification from Amazon saying "Unable to deliver package. To large for mailbox and resident not home". Are you kidding me? Get your fat lazy @$$ out of your truck and knock. I can't believe how much tax money we pay you to drive around and NOT do your job. I'm recording you next time and sending it to CA congress since your manager is just as worthless.

so far this has been a horrible experience and still no resolution! I
have a tracking number for a package that arrived at your facility on
2/11/14 with an expected delivery date of 2/18/14. I don't have my
package nor can I get an update, it's very frustrating that we put our
trust in the U.S.P.S and we can't get a hold of anyone to give us a
simple answer. I want answers and deserve answers sooner than your
employee says and I quote "You will have to wait, you are small compared
to what we deal with on a daily basis" to which I reply I did and now
I'm waiting past the promised date. I don't appreciate being told I'm
less than important nor would you I'm sure.
