Is that all you got ?? Nothing more in your pockets ? ;))) No crybaby ?
Looser
Yep, to much reality calling out the pumpers.
Yep, too much Aldradsh*t123 ;)))
I’m wondering if today was debt conversion day for Yorkville (based on prior 5? days ave share price. Maybe ALDRADsh*t123 works for them……
Any known reason why we are up today? Dumb luck? Something in the bush? News on the horizon?
Well said Walterc !
one of my grandkids bought his first shares today. Guess what?
I am investigating some claims by our distinguished criticizers and report back when my research is done;
In French they say
Quand tous les dégoutés seront partis, il ne restera que les dégoutants.
Dont allow short sellers to disparage your hard earned investment.
"building a mine takes a long time from discovery to mining the deposit, usually 10 years or more with a huge amount of capital invested by many investors from the high-risk exploration stage through feasibility to building the mine."
I will … but so tired of these trolls !!! No knowledge, arrogant, no interest, just pure BS.
Always surprised that they are still allowed on this board … on another board the all moved to Reddit …
Yep, all 1% of those phantom boogeyman shorts……..LMFAOOOOOO
Buy the right potential stocks could help aging or even extend life span.
NB is one of them for me at almost 89. No. It is NB related NIOBW for me. Much less worry while waiting.
Now just how near term was that positive pps movement supposed to be? LMFAOOOOOOO
Anybody that listened to your absolute dumbness is out money.
As far as followers, do you think I give a rats ass how many? Maybe it’s something you worry about but not this person. I’m not on this site for a popularity contest.
Bottom line, majority of people that listened to your kind are out money with Nioturd, popularity that…..SMFH
80 or 85 is not so bad walterc, now 85-90 is a bit concerng not looking forward to the next 5 years. Maybe NioCorp will pay off for me , certainly for my kids & grandkids
Just ignore the trolls. They have no impact on our long-term NB investment in the long run. Besides, just realize that there are very good reasons why AlTurd123 and iii_john have less than 20 followers between them, when duplicates and each other are factored out. No one listens to these idiots anyway.
Putz- should ask AO, he seems to be real adept at interfacing with Admins to get people banned and restricted....
Yes, TH reminds everyone of that (make lotsa money with the warrants) daily..... sometimes hourly .... lol
For shareholders with absolutely no power, requests of that sort can be sent to jim.sims@niocorp.com.
That would include pretty much every poster on this board.
Richard Thomas thank you for continuing to post links to chico's reddit posts
You’ve been in this business for a long time, how do shareholders ask to you have someone removed on the Board of Directors?
you are going to make an undecent amount of money.
Walter, the SPAC mergers with NB is complicated, to draw its merits I believe can’t just evaluate partially.
To prove my point : NB eventually would receive lots of funds from warrants exercised by holders. NIOBW came from SPAC remember ?
ge11, just woke up in west coast, NEgoodlife is right on the numbers.
Thanks NEgoodlife!!
Exercise price of $11.50 per warrant yields 1.1183 shares, thus price per share is $10.284.
th6565
When exercised, how many NB shares do you get for each NIOBW warrant? And what is the exercise price?
Thanks
Did you notice “your strong point” is in decline massively? You should sue whoever educated you, you were ripped off.
Hey Altrash*t123 … norhing more to add … sad sad person !!! I suggest you follow a course in education, personal and in investing, as both doesnt seem your strongest points. Maybe now is the time, and get lost !!!
Fyi, I met MS in Antwerp many years ago, and he is educated and knows a out what he’s talking … so if I have to give my fatih to someone, its MS, and notctoba looser like you … get a hobby and an education
BUYER BEWARE
Let’s review a few of the NIOTURD Turds………
There appears to be quite the fairytale fantasy story unfolding with Nioturd, vast riches, shovel ready, photos of buildings that do not exist ect. However, just take a closer look at the reality………
Nioturd does not own the required land outright.
Nioturd is/has not produced anything.
Nioturd does not even have a mine.
pps has continually dropped form pre split pps of $0.82 the day before going to the NASDAQ all the way down to currently a pre split pps of $0.445
Management and others have made out like bandits all while retail investors lost 90% of the shares once held during a 10 for 1 reverse split.
Nioturd has accepted what amounts to toxic financing from Yorkville.
I’d have to agree, those pumpers, errrr keyboard warriors, have added nothing, just look at the anemic pps…..
Awwww you poor baby, you must be down a bundle in Nioturd. Is it your hobby to lose money then cry about it?
The heavy Nioturd kool-aid drinking will do that to you. Keep up the great work.
Matt
I have a suspicion that you and I can answer at least half of the questions. lol
The Spac questions would require also explanation from Dean Kehler. I could reply as well but it is
too complex and it requires a detailed sequence of the events of that last week before the redemptiion. and I do not feel this is the right place with your new friends on this forum. all over me
Questions for management:
1) What was the hurry to do the GX merger and it would appear they got a sweetheart deal. Why is that so.
2)Kingdon Capital recently did a placement for 2 million dollars. Are they a shareholder now or was that a sale to a short position.
3)Scott Honan talked about production possibly coming on line 2016. Who put that idea in his head.
4)How much money is currently being allocated for engineering and construction. Or is the funding just to keep people at the company and the lights on.
5) Shareholders want to know why the word imminent was being used as far back as 2018 in regards to funding. What happened since that time .
6) Why did Ms. Fenga leave the BOD after just arriving. Very odd timing so soon after the merger.
7) You never wanted government funding yet EX-IM seems to be the lifeline or you will drown. Is there anyone else out there who can do a debt package.
8)Did anyone do enough DD to recognize that GX was bringing nothing to the table. That was a terrible decision and has harmed your long term shareholder base. Who brokered this deal. Just cannot fathom how badly this went down.
That just scratches the surface on things people want to know. A little bit of truth goes a long way.
Thanks PutzMueler!!
7. What are the key regions in the global scandium market?
On a regional level, the market has been classified into North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and Middle East and Africa, where North America currently dominates the global market.
Nice to see NioCorp in the report!!
8. Who are the key players/companies in the global scandium market?
Some of the major players in the global scandium market include Australian Mines Limited, Galileo Resources PLC, GFS Chemicals Inc., Hunan Oriental Scandium Co. Ltd., Lenntech B.V., Materion Corporation, Merck KGaA, Niocorp Developments Ltd., Platina Resources Limited, Scandium International Mining Corporation, Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd, and Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
The stock price has been cut in half since the merger. They did not raise any funds from GX and Yorkville has already been tapped to clear up old debt and pay salaries. There are differing opinions on the board but they amount to nothing. Management has put us in this predicament and they should be held accountable. Salaries were increased on the assumption they would get funding from either a lender or GX in the SPAC. Neither materialized and the brutal 5% non -redemption has put them in dire straits. You did a 1/10 reverse split to ensure that they would have ample room for meeting NAS price requirements. Four months later that has been all but wiped out.
Shareholders were hoping the stock could just tread water until financing comes in. An eight dollar share price would be a whole lot better than a three dollar one. Great news might get us back to eight now.
Nothing personal, it's just business. Someone needs to answer for Santino.
Trading at .43 pre reverse split. This is what years and years and years of investment, waiting and believing in management have gotten us. It’s absolutely sickening how the company have given away a significant portion of the company and actually had to pay for the loss. AO, that’s the facts.
Altrash*t123, you have nothinng better than this bs ???? Once a looser always a looser !!!!
Get a hobby !!! Or maybe acting like a clown is your hobby ;)))
Wow. That is a lot of non-insider, non-reporting $.003 cost shares that become free trading in 7 months.
Reality obviously hurts. Don’t worry the pumpers will be serving more kool-aid soon, then you can get your fix. You must be down a bundle but hey you got some rose colored glasses in the deal………
You are very busy Aldrash*t123 …
Posteing the same bs everyday, allday …
As I said before is this all you got !!
First class looser !
A RECAP……….
Let’s have a look at the Turds of Nioturd……
DOD pump failed
DOE pump failed
GXII pump failed
EXIM pump failed
NASDAQ pump failed
BELL RINGING pump failed
NIOTURD GOES TO THE WHITE HOUSE pump failed
WARREN BUFFET pump failed
VAST RICHES pump failed
EVERYTHING IS IMMINENT pump failed
SHOVEL READY pump failed
MOVE TO THE RUSSELL pump failed
ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE pump failed
OFF TAKE pump failed
STELLANTIS pump failed
Just take a gander at the ever decking pps.
But hey, management is making out like bandits.
Is that all you got ? Hahaha ….
Read my posts and act like a man …
Aldrsh*t123. You are a big joke …
So very true. Keyboard warriors who add ZERO to the board.
Ok, if that’s what you say. Sure are many coincidences though. I’ll let it at that.
Awwww, you poor baby, you’re getting emotional. It’s just like I said yesterday, when reality and things that DID take place with Nioturd gets pointed out, the crybabies here get butt hurt, as long as the pumpers post unicorns and rainbows then it’s all good. Sorry you are down but you got drunk on the Nioturd kool-aid all by yourself.

CORPORATE PRESENTATION:http://niocorp.com/wp-content/uploads/NIoCorp_Corporate_Presentation.pdf
Overview of the Elk Creek Project:http://www.niocorp.com/elk-creek-project/
U.S. Geological Society description of Elk Creek Carbonatite
"The Elk Creek carbonatite, located south of Lincoln, has the potential to be one of the largest global resources of niobium and rare-earth elements (REE). These REE's have many important applications in industry, including petroleum-cracking catalysis, steel alloying, and glass polishing, and as sources of permanent magnets and phosphorus for television and lighting.
The Elk Creek carbonatite is buried beneath about 500 feet of overlying rock and is known only from drill cores, which, until recently, have remained proprietary. Scientists from the USGS and the Conservation and Survey Division (CSD) of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln have studied drill cores."

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce niobium, scandium, and titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy ("HSLA") steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications. Scandium can be combined with Aluminum to make super-high-performance alloys with increased strength and improved corrosion resistance. Scandium also is a critical component of advanced solid oxide fuel cells. Titanium is used in various superalloys and has extensive usesin aerospace, defense, transportation, medical, and other applications. It also is akey component of pigments used in paper, paint and plastics.
