The result was flawless. Idid hit asnag due tomy own lack ofplanning and time crunch however, Bill was able toassure asolution that worked for meand mywife. Always shop local.

  This isone ofthose places where 5stars isnot enough. Iwent inlooking for ananniversary band and found abeautiful one for agreat price.

  The ring itself isstunning but almost more impressive isthe staff and the knowledge ofthe product being sold.

  The shop isvery cute. This isnot abig commercialized store. That brought extra appeal.

  I was even pleasantly surprised that myring was ready earlier than expected.

  I took mywife's charm bracelet toKatie Oto have itfixed after anunfortunate garbage disposal incident. The bracelet was agift from before wewere married and had alot ofsentimental value. Itwas pretty mangled, but mywife wanted tosee how much itwould beto have repaired. Bill made itclear upfront that the repairs were likely tobe more than the actual value ofthe bracelet. Wewent ahead and had itrepaired anyways and could not behappier with the results. The bracelet was fixed ina week and somehow looks just asgood asthe day Iboughtit, Ialso got tosee her reaction asecond time from the same gift.   Owner was extremely patient and had noproblem checking all mybroken/junk jewelry. Was very helpful and gave mea lot ofuseful information. There was not ahint ofthat judgmental stand off-ish atmosphere you get with most pawn/jewelry stores. They will definitely get mybusiness again.

  I've been doing business atKatie O's for 15years. Ihave bought from them, sold tothem and have had many repairs over the years. The quality isgreat and their pricing isso reasonable. You can't get this kind ofservice from Amazon. Very few family owned Jewelers left. They may besmall but mighty!!!

  DO NOT BRING ANEXPENSIVE WATCH TOBE WORKED ONHERE!!! Ifyou plan ongetting anice watch serviced here, look elsewhere. Hemanaged todamage the casing onmy watch tothe point where itcannot fit back onto the watch. Then just gave mean “I'm sorry”. The best part was not getting charged for the battery.

  I've been going toKatieO. for more than adecade. Itis sonice tohave ahome town local jeweler who ispart ofthe community, stands behind their products, provides very fair pricing and doesn't spin anything. Mywife caught her platinum necklace wepurchased from Bill onsomething and broke alink. They had itfixed aspromised and for aunreasonably fair price. I'm sure they can't dothis every time, but Itrust these guys and will always buy myjewelry from them. Thank you KatieO!

Ishowed them some examples ofwhat Iwas looking for and they were able toprovide multiple options ofbeautiful diamonds tochoose from.   KatieO. Fine Jewelry offers anexperience unlike any other. They treat you like family. They take their time tonot only find you the perfect piece, but they also educate you throughout the process. Ididn't have the first hand experience myhusband did when hebought myengagement ring and wedding band, but Ihave had anothing short ofexceptional service since. Wewould recommend them toanyone.

  In 2010they helped medesign acustom engagement ring, Iwas extremely happy with the design and entire process. Asa family owned and operated Jewelry store Ireally feel like they goabove anbeyond. Acouple months after the wedding wehad the ring appraised for insurance, the appraisal came back much higher than anticipated, meaning Igot anawesome deal. Mywife will swing inhere and have her ring cleaned every now and then orto have mywatch battery replaced, some places try tocharge$50plus toreplace the battery inmyTag, they doit for practically nothing. For the rare occasion Ineed abattery orpossibly agift for aspecial occasion they will get mybusiness. Thanks again!!… – show

  I love myring from them. Myengagement ring was abeauty, but the wedding band Iwanted togo with itdidn't work. The store helped mecreate acustom piece and find wedding bands tomatch. They mounted the center stone alittle higher than Ihad itbefore and itis stunning. Great customer service and fast turn around time!

  I cannot say enough good things about Katie OFine Jewelry and Bill!! Iwas recommended tothem bysomeone Imet ata jewelry counter ofa big box store, and soglad Idid. From the beginning, Bill was knowledgeable, never pushy, and worked with meto ensure Igot the ring Iwanted within budget. Ibegan with the intent oncreating acustomized piece asI was having trouble finding exactly what Iwas looking for (I'm REALLY picky and particular about what Ilike), and heimmediately went toworkwith his designer and diamond suppliers. During the process Ihad totake a“break” and not only was hecompletely understanding, his patience and follow upblew meaway. Hetouched base acouple months later atthe perfect time and within the week hefound the most amazing emerald cut stone. Ineeded myring back in3weeks time for the wedding, Bill didn't make false promises toclose the sale but instead informed methat itmore than likely wasn't enough time (I completely understood). Ithen heard back aday later his designer could make ithappen, even with his busy schedule. They not only met the deadline they got myring tome within aweek and ahalf! Needless tosay Iwasso, soimpressed with their work, perseverance, and the end product…I LOVE myring and wouldn't want anything else. Thank you somuch Bill and team for afantastic experience and stunning piece ofquality jewelry that will last not only through mylifetime but many more after…one ofmany Iwill beable topass along tomy daughter.
