30+ Asian Food Recipes You Can Make On A Weeknight (1)

This year I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and have been doing a ton of research into what I can and cannot eat. One of the foods that I have to avoid is salt.

Guess what has a lot of salt? You guessed it, soy sauce!

This really sucks because I absolutely love salt because it enhances flavor of Asian recipes! This really impacts how much I can go out because most good restaurants use a ton of salt and some restaurants still use MSG even if they say they don’t.

Since I will be mostly eating Asian Food in the house from now on, I asked my blogger friends to send me all their awesome Asian Food Recipes to try out.

These are the best ones that they sent me. I am working on trying them all out over the next month or so. If you try them, please let me know what you think below.
